TicketsPurpose: To prepare advanced auditioners for SpongeBob auditions with beginning and advanced instruction in tap, ballet, jazz dancing and vocal masters classes.
Students enrolling in this workshop will:
● Receive instruction focused on ballet and tap steps and sequences and become familiar with some of the original choreography.. Some of these sequences may be utilized in the dance callback auditions for our show.
● Receive valuable feedback and critiques about your first round audition song choice and your vocals
Prerequisite: None for Beginners class but Participation in a prior CMT Show for Advanced Workshop
Who: Anyone ages 7-16 that wants help preparing for auditions
When: 3:00-7:00 Saturday, February 19 (Beginners) & February 26 from 3:00-6:00 (Advanced)
In addition to dance shoes, please bring sheet music or accompaniment track of your desired audition song, a sack dinner and a water bottle
**Optional: After the final dance session, you can choose to bring your dinner and stay to practice and become more familiar with the audition sides in small groups or with a partner until 6:30. If you are choosing to stay, please bring your dinner and printed audition sides to practice with.
