Dance Auditions

Everyone will participate in large group Dance Auditions on March 7th (9 a.m. - 3 p.m.). There will be 2 - 3 large group time slots depending on your age. Exact times will be released March 2nd. There will NOT be a cut prior to Dance Auditions. This audition will help inform your cast placement, NOT determine whether you are cast in the show. Monday, March 9th (5:30 - 8:30 p.m.)

Tuesday, March 10th (5:30 - 8:30 p.m.)

Students will need to be available for all callback sessions but may not be asked for the entire timeframes. Your student may be called for a few hours in the morning on Sunday anfternoon and then released to go home for two hours and then scheduled to return later in the evening. This is a fluid process and you will need to be flexible and patient.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals will be June 15th - July 15th with 5 performances on July 16th -19th, 2026. If cast, you will need to be available for ALL rehearsals and performances. (Please schedule vacation, doctors appointments, camps, etc. outside these dates if selected). You will be asked to list all conflicts on your audition forms.  If you know that you have something previously scheduled that results in 2 - 5 days of absences, please understand that the artistic staff might not be able to cast your student.  Note that there will NOT be rehearsal on July 4th but there will be mandatory rehearsals on July 3rd and 5th.

If your student is 6 and turns 7 before June, please contact eat0@eau0eav0eaw0

If your student is 17 but turns 18 before June, unfortunately they are not eligible to participate in this program. We do have volunteer opportunities if they would still like to be involved!

If your student is 17, graduating in May but does not turn 18 until August, please contact eat0@eau0eav0eaw0 to discuss options.

If you are invited to attend callbacks you will receive ONE phone call.
