MAIN-STAGE SUMMER MUSICAL CREATIVE STAFF

Each year, CMT hires different artistic staff from theatres across the US who have garnered national exposure to serve as directors, assistant directors, music directors, and choreographers for our Main-stage Summer Musical. We are looking for industry professionals who can provide a high-quality educational experience for cast members while creating a show with extraordinary production value for our audiences. Each member of our artistic staff will be expected to attend an audition weekend in February and then return to Bartlesville for a five-week rehearsal period with the show going up in July.  Transportation, housing (if necessary), and a stipend will be provided. SUMMER CAMP STAFF

Each summer, CMT offers a variety of week-long and production-based camps that are designed to challenge students to hone their storytelling, acting, singing, and dancing skills in a fun yet focused environment. Applicants for the position of the Summer Camp Instructor should have experience in theatre, classroom management skills, and enthusiasm. STAGE SCHOOL STAFF

CMT offers Stage School classes in acting, music, ballet, jazz, tap, and musical theatre choreography for elementary school, middle school, and high school students. Applicants for the position of the Stage School Class Instructor should have experience in theatre, acting, music, or dance, experience teaching children, and be able to communicate effectively. INTERNSHIPS

CMT’s Main-stage Summer Musical Internship Program is designed to provide aspiring theatre artists ages 16 and up with hands-on production experience. By pairing interns with mentors who are part of our Main-stage artistic staff, this program provides students with training opportunities in areas of theatre like stage management, the orchestra, lighting, choreography, etc. Available internships vary year to year, depending on the needs of the production. Internships are volunteer positions or for college credit only.
